It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Lewis Lumley of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lumley and Mildred Lumley (Honn); his former wife Nancy; and his sister Lucile Mouzon (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Peggy J. Brunton; his children, Gordon Lumley and Kimberly Switzer; his siblings, Howard Lumley, Arnold Lumley, Cecil Lumley and Mary Bays; his grandchildren, Layne Reichart, Harley Lumley, Colby Lumley, Jonah, Isaac, Vivian, Elijah, Sarah, Sam and Tobias Switzer; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Mason Reichart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
