He was predeceased by: his parents, George C May and Eva L May; his former spouse Jean A Corean; his children, Cynthia Anne, Sandra Aurelia and George Nicholas; his former wife Kathleen M Stark; and his stepdaughter Jamie Sebrey Richey.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Vickie M Hockema of Lafayette, Robert L Sebrey of Lafayette and Beth Anne Morris of Longmont; and his friends, Jeff, Nancy and Matthew Gushwa. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
