He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dick and Sylvia Dick (Hoaks); and his son Jeffrey Michael Dick. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Brock; his children, Jennifer Andrews (Chuck) of Florida, Haily Rayburn (Kyle) of Indianapolis, Riley Tolley-Jones (Michael) of Tipton, Joe Trapp (Amy) and Tim Kroll (Marie); and his sisters, Sylvia Sexton and Judy Sexton (Morgan). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
