He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Campbell and Ruth Campbell (Lichtenstein); and his son John W. Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Susie L. Campbell; his children, Debora Waddell of Bonifay, FL, Timothy Campbell of Augusta, GA, Ronnie Campbell of Columbus, GA and Dawn Gulik (Alex) of Lafayette; and his brother Harold Campbell (Janette) of Salem, AL. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
