We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2023, at the age of 92, Herschel William Byers of Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Wallace and Mary Elizabeth Byers (Tull); and his grandson Jonathan A. Byers. He is survived by: his sister Violet Becker (Roy); his wife Joyce C. Dowell; his children, Mike Byers (Patricia), Diana Byers, Randy Byers (Teryl) and Nancy Byers Keller (Phil); his grandchildren, Michael Byers, Adam Byers (Kate), Kelsie Byers Grothen (David), Tate Byers (Karley), Kurt Byers (Lindsey), Hayden Keller (Anna) and Grant Keller; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Audrey, Carter Byers, Lou, Sutton and Hollis Byers. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
