He is survived by: his children, Jack Dimmitt Jr. (Cheryl) of Ogden, UT, Deborah Sukits of Lafayette, Mark Dimmitt (Patti) of Lafayette and Mike Dimmitt (Jennifer) of Lafayette; his siblings, Donnie Dimmitt (Deb) of Lafayette and Sharon Phillips (Don) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Brent, Ryan, Adam, Lauren, Brock, Laura, Grace Anne, Sarah Beth, Anthony, Sean and Patrick; and his great grandchildren, McLane, Tinsley, Grey, Leo and Nova.
