He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Ellsberry of Lafayette; his children, Megan McQueen (Steven), Erin Carpenter (Chris) and Tim Ellsberry (Jenna); his grandchildren, Jacob, Ethan, Reagan McQueen, Annabelle, Nora, George Carpenter, Logan, Karter, Kaden and Lauren Ellsberry; and his sister Joyce Ellsberry Butterworth (Steve Delaney).
