He is survived by: his wife Lynn Powers (Iliff); and his children, Timothy Powers (Angela), Kelly Jarrett Pulliam, David Powers (Nancy), Leigh Jarrett Wilken (Tim), Sue Jarrett Ehlers (Mark), Elizabeth Powers Loftus (Kevin), Jon Jarrett and Debra Powers Palin (Shawn).
Jim's family request that, in lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions be made to Christ United Methodist Church.
