It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James W. Martin Sr. (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Martin and Verna D. Martin (Long); and his siblings, Evelyn M. Eaglehoff, Carol I. White, Robert "Bob" A. Martin, Harry "Cliff" C. Martin, Claude "Bud" B. Martin, Russell "Donny" D. Martin and Kenneth "Kenny" L. Martin.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer J. Heazeltine, James W. Martin Jr. (Debra) of Sarasota, FL, David A. Martin and Riverside. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the West Point Volunteer Fire Department.
