He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Withers and Lucy Withers (Roy); and his daughter-in-law Shannon Withers. He is survived by: his wife Carol Withers; and his children, John Withers (late Shannon Withers), Steven Withers (Robyn) and Kristine Withers. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
