He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd and Sarah Sims; and his siblings, Bill Worthington and Judy Kovacs. He is survived by: his daughters, Alice Long (Jeff Jewell) of Lafayette, Leanne, Royanna Long of Lafayette and Toni Wellman of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Anthony Long, Alissa and Shannon Davis of Lafayette. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
