He is survived by: his wife Danielle Leuck; his sons, Zeke Leuck of Indianapolis, Cale Leuck of Lafayette and Jaliel Johnson of Lafayette; his sister Jessie Thayer (Josh) of West Lafayette; his nieces, Peyton and Parker; and his friends, Bryan Boss, Austin Casanova, Jadan Lindquist and Matt Armstrong.
