She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Rector and Juanita Rector (Walker); her spouse Chris Wichterman; her daughter Tonya R. Mull; her siblings, Sherrill Williams and Robert Rector; and her great grandchild Bohdan Driscoll.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Piske (Chris) of Burlington, IN and Jeff Wichterman of Jeffersonville, IN; her grandchildren, Betsy Shaw, Katie Albaugh, Bailey Goodale, Zachary Wichterman and Alex Wichterman; and her great grandchildren, Jerome, Reagen, Lola, Marshal and Delilah.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (1200 Sagamore Pkwy N, Lafayette, IN 47904).
