Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lafayette Chapel (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at the Cemetery Tippecanoe Memory Gardens (1718 W 350 N, West Lafayette, IN 47906).
