We are sad to announce that, on February 1, 2026, at the age of 89, Jennie Vanderkleed of Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bishop and Jennie "Kay" Bishop (Dexter); her husband Curtis L. Vanderkleed Sr.; and her great grandchild Logan Curtis Vanderkleed. She is survived by: her children, Curt Vanderkleed (Lori), Dave Vanderkleed (Sara), Kathleen Wright (Monte), Larry Vanderkleed (Denise), Jerry Vanderkleed (Kelley), Sheila and Ramon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Sunrise Christian Reformed Church.
