She is survived by: her sister Patti Thomas; her husband James Hampsch; her daughters, Trina Cullum (Zebrowski) and Samantha Trapnell; her grandchildren, Dilyn Cullum, Jameson Lane and Becka Trapnell; and her sisters-in-law, Susan Thomas and Pamela Thomas.
