He is survived by: his children, Jessica A. Memmer Marital (West), Single Resided and Jeremy; his stepfather Joel Memmer (West) of Monticello, Indiana; his parent Jeremy Jay Pugh, Sr. (Mellonie) of Lafayette, Indiana; his sister Ally Memmer of Monticello, Indiana; his grandparents, Kenneth "Kenny" West (Patty Sharp) of Monticello, Indiana and Teresa Conley of Monticello, Indiana; his great-grandparents, Margaret Shuey of Monticello, Indiana and Alvin Eisele of Buffalo, Indiana; his uncles, Tim Pugh, Jr. of Monticello, Jerame West of Lafayette and Jalen West (Jhona) of Lafayette, Indiana; his grandfather Tim Pugh, Sr.; and his great-grandparents, Kermit and Dollie Marie West. He is also survived by Several Great Aunts, Great Uncles, Cousins.
