He was predeceased by: his parents, James Madlung and Ola Jean Madlung (Arndt). He is survived by: his wife Laurie Denney; his children, LeAnna Mull (Aaron), Jeramy Madlung (Kayla), Mark Eagon (Anna Careaux), Josh Smith, Douglas Sadler, Kendall Sadler (Samantha), Preston Sadler (Brittany) and Essence Henderson; his siblings, Shirley Blair (Lynn), Judy Cuppy (Jeff) and Jim Madlung (Pat); and his grandchildren, Luke, Arya, Cooper, Layton, Duke, Jayden, Karizma, Benjamin, Jackson, Hendrix, Barrett, Paisley and David.
