In loving memory of Joanna L. Barker of Lafayette, Indiana, who departed this world on June 11, 2025 at the age of 76. Joanna leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester L. Clayton, Jr. and Thelma Clayton (Fritz); and her siblings, Jim Clayton, Jackie Clayton and Frances Mullendore.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bobby" Davis, Emily Davis and Summer Claxton; her grandchildren, Courtney, Joseph, Molly, Maggie, Eric, Nevaeh, Allie, Zoey, Austin, Hanna and Sadie; and her great grandchildren, Laney, Cooper, Reece, Mia, Charlotte, Cash, Kaide and Lilly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lafayette Chapel (914 Columbia St, Lafayette, IN 47901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the West Point Cemetery.
