He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bunch and Myrtle Bunch (Pulley); his former wives, Charlotte Ann Groves and Linda VanHoosier; his daughter Pam Allen; his siblings, Hillard, Edward, Eckie, Rosemarie, Dorothy and Margaret; and his granddaughters, Kim Allen and Miriam Witlock.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Johnson, Tammy Witlock, Joe "Buddy" Bunch and Matthew Bunch; and his sister Lois Bunch. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
