He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Hall and Eunice Hall (Bair); his wife Janet Oilar; and his siblings, Duane, Dale, John Hall, Kathryn Stracci and Joyce Winger.

He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Joel Hall and Michael John Hall (Tracey) of Spring, TX; and his stepsons, Robert Scott Hines of North Port, FL and Ronald G. Hines of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
