Heath (Paige) of West Lafayette; his grandchildren, Matthew Potts, Kacie Rosario (Vic), Devin Heath-Granger, Jack, Thomas Heath, Joseph, Alex Heath, Dillon and Mackenzie Mills; his brother David L. Heath (Kathy) of Lafayette; and his sister-in-law Sally Heath of Chicago.
