He was predeceased by: his father Robert C. Henk; and his brother-in-law Michael "Bird" Loveless. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Lisa (Pat) of Zionsville, Brett (Angie) of Carmel and Allison (Adam) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Zach, Reese, Cooper Nehlsen and Addison Henk; his sister Mary Loveless; his sibling's children, Matt Loveless and Melissa Anderson of Bentonville, AR; his daughter Suzanne Henk; and his stepchildren, Amy, Stacy, Matt and Jeff Strawn.
