He is survived by: his children, Chris Ray (Megan Shoffner) of Lafayette, Joseph Addy of Frankfort, Tyler Addy (Victoria Smith) of Frankfort, Alexus Addy of Frankfort, Sage Reuzenaar, Zayden, Sapphire and Serenity Summers; his grandson Khyler Ray; and his sisters, Ginger Addy of Louisiana, Melissa Martin (Jose) of California and Jennifer Trueblood (Kevin) of Indiana.
