He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Wolverton and Fred Wolverton; his son Heath; his nephew Sergeant Andrew Weiss; and his brothers-in-law, Dr. Manley Scheurich and Dan Casey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Daulton Wilkinson (Todd) of Lafayette, Carol Casey of Lafayette, Karen "Susie" Scheurich of Lafayette and Richard "Dick" Wolverton (Janet) of Fowler; and his siblings' children, Steve Daulton, Janelle Lah, Eric Wolverton, Brian, Jason Arnold, Mike, Kathy, Karen, Amanda Scheurich and Katie Weiss.
