She was predeceased by: her children, Patty Elsner (Mark) and Thomas Parr; her granddaughter Maureen Parr; her parents, Joseph and Helen; and her brother Joseph.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Hamman, Jim Parr (Kathleen), Brian Parr, Lucy Jones (Ken), Beth Chandler (Scott), Angie Houston (Chad) and Gretchen Shissler (Vince). She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Food Finders Food Bank in Judy's name.
