He is survived by: his pet Charlie; his parents, Carla Maxwell of Clinton, TN and Jeremy Maxwell of Buffalo, IN; his children, Logan, Sophia, Layden, Larissa, Jaxton, Lincoln, Loki, Linnux, Ledger, Lawson and Lainey; his siblings, Erika Couch (Jesse) of Kokomo, IN, Shaey Birchfield and Dakoda Maxwell of Kokomo, IN; and his grandparents, Connie Doran of Royal Center, IN, Dave Maxwell of Delphi, IN and Homer Simpson of Decatur, TN..
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers those wishing may contribute to Justin's Children, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
