With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Dee Mugg of Lafayette, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 29, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kathy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kathy. Though Kathy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Mauk and Margaret Mauk (Magers); and her husband Philip E. Mugg. She is survived by: her sons, Dustin Mugg (Jennifer) and Jason Mugg; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Lilia, Everett and Nolan; and her sister Karen Haupert (Gary). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
