He is survived by: his father William Lively (Sue) of Avon; his daughter Crimson Myers (Paul) of Jeffersonville; his siblings, Tom Lively of Mooresville and Karen Gilley of Terre Haute; and his aunt Nancy Brennan of Roachdale. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
