Hancock and Decklan E. Isaacs; her stepchildren, Alivia S. Isaacs and Eli L. Isaacs; her brother Michael A. Sims (Kelly) of West Point; and her grandparents, Carolyn Smith of Lafayette and Shirley Sims of Romney.
