He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Edmondson and Mary Edmondson (Dowden); his wife Marjorie "Marge" Smith; his sons, Larry G. Edmondson Jr. and Keith Edmondson; and his brother Jerry Edmondson.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Holmes (Tony) of Lafayette; his siblings, Francis Edmondson and Mary Niehaus (Frank); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan, Alexis, Lindsay, Ashley and Dalton; and his stepgranddaughter Ashley. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Larry requested that, in lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Care Coalition.
