He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Booth; his brother Jerry Booth; his stepfather Henry Totten; and his close friend David Cortner. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Swisher Totten of Monticello; his children, Erin Cavanaugh (Thomas) of Canton, GA, Angela Cotton (Josh) of Plainfield, IL, Alyssa Underwood of Shelbyville and Ryan Booth (Kara) of West Lafayette; his brothers, Harry Booth (Cheryl) of Phoenix, AZ, Terry Booth (Linda) of Kokomo, Don Booth (Cheryl) of Cutler and Henry Totten (Lindsey) of Monticello; and his grandchildren, Mahaela Underwood, Isaac, Brianne Wilson, Carter, Madison, Andrew, Logan Cotton, Asher, Lucas Cavanaugh, Preston and Walker Booth.
