He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Watts and Mahala Watts (Hadix); his wife Sandy; and his son Tony Campbell. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Watts; his grandchildren, Leroy Drake Joslin, Axle Houghton and AJ Houghton; his brothers, Herman Watts and Danny Watts; and his daughter Jennifer Campbell. He is also survived by his family, friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Day & Genda Funeral Home - Bodine Chapel (450 IN-39, Rossville, IN 46065). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
