She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Jacob; her husband Russell D. Conrad, Sr.; and her son Kerry Dale Conrad. She is survived by: her sons, Russell Dean Conrad, Jr. of Lafayette and Michael Conrad of Lafayette; and her sister Willadean Metro of Buck Creek. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great – grandchildren.
