She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kremer and Elizabeth Kremer (Bossung); and her husband Richard L. Winger. She is survived by: her sons, James E. Maxwell (Amy) of Troy, Jason E. Maxwell of Columbus and Jeremiah E. Maxwell (Cecille) of San Francisco, California; and her stepson Dustin Winger (Gretchen) of Clarks Hill, Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one brother; and four sisters and many close friends that have become her family.
