We announce the death of Lloyd W. Lempke MD (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 91. Lloyd will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lempke and Frances Lempke (Ruff); his son Mike; and his siblings, Owen, Lois and Sharon.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie (Hostetler); his children, Chris (Mitch) and Mark (Kim); his daughter-in-law Cindy (Eric); and his grandchildren, Kayla (Brett), Jacob (Sara), Samantha (Riley), Dave (Marisa), Leah and Ben.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethany Presbyterian Church (3305 Longlois Dr, Lafayette, IN 47904). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made in Lloyd's name to Bethany Presbyterian Church, 3305 Longlois Dr, Lafayette, IN 47904 where Lloyd was currently serving as a deacon.
