With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Marty Wheeler (Lafayette, Indiana), born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sharp and Ruby J. Scullen (Hayes); her husband Melvin E. Wheeler; and her son Gregory. She is survived by: her children, Angie Kelly (Bill) of Lafayette, Tony Marty (Ruth) of Frankfort, Donna Garriott (Randy) of West Lebanon, Patty Gruss (Greg) of Fort Wayne and David Marty (Karen) of West Lafayette. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
