She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Coffing and Alice Coffing; her brother Jerry Coffing; her husband Stevin Butz; her daughter Connie Johnson; and her grandson Dustin Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Butz (Paige Hurt) and Cari Milligan (Daniel); and her siblings, Darrell Coffing and Judy Daudt (Carl). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
