He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Seifers and Thelma Seifers; and his sister Juanita Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Jason Rice (Richlyn) and Krista Marconett (Joe); and his grandchildren, Avery Rice (Kylin), Anden Rice, Allie Rice and Molly Marconett.
