With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary M. Cook of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on May 4, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Cavanaugh and Ginny Cavanaugh (Brumley); her husband L. Kevin "Cookie" Cook; her son Ryan; and her brother Michael Cavanaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Lacey Cook (Bri) of Indianapolis, Korbin Uemura (Micah) of Carmel and Alexis Stwalley of Lafayette; her sister Terri Younkin (Tom) of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Oden, Anya Hunter, Novi Uemura and Locki Uemura.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in loving memory of Mary.
