She is survived by: her husband Larry Lievense of Lafayette, IN; her son Nick Lievense (Amanda) of Lafayette, IN; her siblings, Nancy Crawford of South Bend, IN, Connie Baird of Niles, MI and Thad Whitinger of Muncie, IN.; and her grandchildren, Sydney "Sweet Pea" and Natalie "Little Lamb" Lievense.
