She was predeceased by: her daughter Amanda Horton; and her sister Joan Cook. She is survived by: her granddaughter Betty; her sons, Adam Horton, Nick Horton (Shade), Andrew Horton and Joseph Horton (Katie); her siblings, Betty McClimans (Jeff) and Clarence Cook Jr. (Rhonda); and her grandchildren, Karsyn, Sophie, Emma, Ariah, Allie, Larkin and Liam.
