He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Puetz of West Lafayette, IN; his brothers, John (Nanci), Doug (Michelle), Richard (Cindy), Max (Patty) and Randy Puetz (Arlene); his wife Deborah Lehnen (Deb); his children, Erica Lockner (Daniel) of Ocean Isle, NC and Ryan Puetz (Kyle) of Lafayette, IN; and his grandchildren, Luna Puetz, Margaret Puetz, Axl Lockner and Frances Lockner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
