It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melody A. Anderson of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Joseph and Myrtice Crider II (Gosnell); her husband David R. Anderson; her siblings, Elmer Crider III, Clinton Crider Sr., Ronald K. Crider and Patricia Crider; and her son-in-law James Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Tresa Patterson (Skip) of Frankfort, Bridget Smith of Frankfort and Donna Holt (Terry) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Damon Holt (Mitchell) of Lafayette, Nicole Jacobs of Illinois, Krista Louks of Frankfort and Cody Louks (Mariah Merrill) of Frankfort; her siblings, Rose Henline (Richard), Chrystopher Crider and Randall S. Crider (Kathy); and her sisters-in-law, Judy Crider and Ann Crider. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
