She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Howard; her stepchildren, Rhonda Phillips and Lejenna Phillips; her grandchildren, Isaac, Jarrod, Montana, Amanda and Kayla; and her great grandchildren, Serenity, Mariah, Kayden, Destiny and Abby. She is also survived by her 2 sisters; and her brother.
