He was predeceased by: his father Louis Dale; his wife Susan E. Madden; and his sister Rebecca Schick. He is survived by: his son Andrew Madden; his sister Melody Carducci (Pat) of West Lafayette; his stepchildren, Ron Charlesworth, Gregory Meinweiser of Chesterfield, VA., Joseph Meinweiser and Shawna Clark Leeds of Waterford Works, NJ.; his grandchildren, Ember Madden, Grace and Spencer Charlesworth; and his nephews, Lee and Tracey. He is also survived by three great nieces, three great nephews, two great-great nieces, and two great-great nephews.
