She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl McManama and Ruth McManama (Lucas); her husband John Carter; her sons, John and Jerry; her brother Eugene of Flint, MI; her nephews, Clyde Feaster (Pat) and Gary Buckles (Kay); and also, Sharon Durham of Las Vegas, NV, Frances Koning of Lafayette, Alys Ogborn of Lafayette and Marie Skinner of Evans, GA.
