She was predeceased by: her husband Steven J. Howenstine; and her brother Michael Matthews. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Howenstine of Lafayette, Tyson Howenstine of Ft Wayne and Dustin Ross of Lafayette. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
