She was predeceased by: her father Marion Buckles; and her husband Clyde Schnepp. She is survived by: her children, Steven McConnahay of Lafayette and Jeanna Akridge (Doug) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Cathrine Doss (Brody), Melissa Flanagan (Jake) and Kayla Dispennett (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Callum, Hudson, Emmie and Rozlyn.

In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be directed to the Epilepsy Foundation.
