With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul E. Fields of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on October 25, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Jordan Fields and Edna Orr Alexander Fields; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Koning (Walt), Frances Larson (Hank), William (Janet), Gordon (Mary), Robert (Ann), Milton (Margaret), Virginia Schrag and Richard; his daughter-in-law Jama Williams Fields; and his great grandchild Addison Fields.

He is survived by: his wife Ame Fields; his children, Sue Teder (Don), Jim Fields (late Jama) and Jerry Fields (Brenda); his grandchildren, Amanda Teder (Charles Lane), Kate Harvath (Jeff), Alison Smith (Jeff), Jordan Fields (Morgan), Jacob Fields (Holly), Jessica Woolf (Dan), Sarah Fields, Matt Fields (Megan) and Nicole Fields; and his brother-in-law Calvin Schrag. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
